shubhanshu , your player would be running off the v9.0.xx series firmwares. Try all the firmwares in the downloads section here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

shubhanshu , currently the firmware extraction tool can only support upto v9.0.43. Your player can be using the v9.0.43, v9.0.48, v9.0.50 or v9.1.50.

So there isin't much v9.0.xx firmwares. If the player is under warranty, contact your seller for an exchange. Also, try searching the CD that came with the player, sometimes the firmware is inside, it should be in .fw or .bin format.

There isin't much you can do currently except those i've mentioned.

shubhanshu , is the second player also using the v9.0.xx series firmwares? The firmware you have flashed in is not fully compatible with your player, so it still functions, but the screen does not work.

If all the firmwares do not work, i'll suggest an exchange or refund for both of your players.
