"DEVICE SWITCHING FAILED,RECONNECT THE DEVICE"

[img][/img]when i update mp4 player(LC-chineese)with wrong FW.it become dead.
when i update my mp4 player with another FW using mp3 player update tool its SHOWS a message like this:-

"DEVICE SWITCHING FAILED,RECONNECT THE DEVICE"

ICANT UPDATE MY PLAYER. BUT PLAYER RECOGONICE AS A REMOVE ABLE DISK .ICANT COPY ANY FILES TO THE DISK!. IT SHOWS A MSG LIKE THIS:-

"DISK WRITE PROTECTED! REMOVE WRITE PROTECTION"

WHAT CAN I DO?WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

remolal , try another version of MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool. Uninstall the previous version and install a new copy.

Another method would be to use Product Tool 4.19 instead, it can be downloaded here http://www.mympxplayer.org/product-t...419-df234.html

remolal, The last firmware you loaded was most likely for a player that has a Hold\Lock function and it is activated.
Try turning on the player at the main switch while holding down the play button, if that does not work repeat the operation again trying all the other buttons on your player.

Use it to try and install another firmware, you will notice there is a format button if it becomes active press it to format your player, then try to load the firmware.
