SM-188b Stima Pro Mp3 Player

Respected all, i am new member of this forum,
Actuallly i have SM-188b 1.5" LCD Mp3 Digital player, that is not working properly, its firmware is crashed actually. Can anyone help me in this regard. i didnot get firmware in drivers cd and now i am worry about it because after one weak of getting it, this thing is happened.

Hashim Ali , try extracting, repairing, then reflash the player's firmware using MP3 Utilities.

However, the current S1fwx v3.1 tool can only work with v9.0.43 and below.
