Attempting to Recover Player... problems

I managed to get through all the steps. Now, what is this MP3 Upgrade Tools????? Where is it, how do I get it? I wish the Dead Player Recovery Guide was a bit more specific. Anyone's help would be appreciated.

Vulpes , it is part of MP3 Utilities.

You can find various versions in the downloads/tools section. It'll either be named MP3 Utilities or AMV Convert Tool.
