Herky85, Because there are so many firmware variations mad by so many manufacturers it is not possible to tell you exactly what firmware will work for your player. There are many 3.5.XX series firmware in the Download>Firmware section, you need to keep trying different ones until you find a compatible one. You could also try contacting your seller as they may be able to send you a copy.
