Email Uxcell maybe? They should replace it, I think that you shouldn't even pay for the shipping back to them :/

haspak , the return shipping entirely depends. You need to contact uxcell to ask them about this matter.

Re: Dead MP4 Player
Is there any way that i can fix my mp4(i-Platinum Junior MP4 Player 1.5 inch LCD 1GB Black). http://www.uxcell.com/uxcell/retail/...v0blk1024mp021
i send them two e-mails two weeks ago. did not get any response. if there is any way that my mp4 can be fix please let me know. my mp4 just died. i was listing in the subway than suddenly it stops. i thought that was a battery needs to be charged. but i charge it but still i could not turn it ON. i tried the Sticky's mp4 recovery guide for dead mp4 player NO LUCK. if there is any other way that i can fix it please let me know. i did not update it or anything it just stop. thanks |
haspak , currently there is only the Dead Player Recovery Guide method for reviving dead players. You will need to try every single firmware for your version.

Re: Dead MP4 Player
thanks lattesurf,
but to use the firmware. do we first have to make it (mp4) recognized by pc? If NO, please tell me how i use the firmware thanks alot lattesurf |
haspak , you will need to install MP3 Utilities. You can either download it from the downloads section, or you can find it on the CD that came with the player.
Next connect your player to the computer and start Upgrade Tool, see if the software detects your player. If yes, you can proceed to flash all the likely firmwares. If Upgrade Tool does not detect your player, or your player becomes undetected after flashing one of the firmwares, then you will need to perform the dead player recovery. Once your player is detected again, continue with your firmware testing. |
haspak,
Did you do anything to your player before this problem started happening? Did you try upgrading your player or anything? |
