VOIP is locked. Need update it. Error in Mp4 player

Hi guys,

An error occured in my mp4 player.

"VOIP is locked. Need update it."

When I tried to restart it, it was detected by the computer as "voiceQQ&www.gojoin.cn" but not a USB drive.

And i can use it anymore. Do anyone have an idea on how to fix my player?

And try the firmware listed in there.
