Dead iWin mp4 player with blue screen
 

i need help,i dried a recovery guide and no changes
when mp4 isn't connected and i turn on him,no function just blue screen,when i connect to pc and turn on him,my pc stop working.could someone help me,please?
My mp4 player info:iWin i-n75f 2gb,softawe 9.0.43.

woodzis , the firmware that you flashed in might not be compatible with your player. Thus causing the blue screen and hardware/software errors which restarts your computer.

i'll suggest trying another firmware again.

but how connect player to pc?with what soft?

i trie recovery guide,but nothing... ;(

woodzis , if the player is not detected by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool, then you will need to perform the Dead Player Recovery Guide.

If it is detected by the Upgrade Tool, then try all the v9.0.xx firmwares in the downloads section.

The Dead Player Recovery needs abit of luck and alot of patience, so keep trying.
