problem need help

hi everybody i've do all steps which are done in the dead players guide but after installing the full firmware .fw the firmware .bin don't istall and i don't know why they write me in a message "device switching failed reconnect your player"
please i need your help

kobssed50 , try another version of MP3 Utilities. Some versions might work, other versions might not work.
