my flatpd doesn't work...and i can't find the board id whatever, because many number is written on greenboard and lcd.

joshua19 , do you still remember your previous working firmware version number?

i dun know.... no firmware, device name, product in device information...

i dun if this my board id

I try other firmware but it always say "no flash..unknown flash..."
while other firmware took many hours but still it doesn't revive my flatpod.

joshua19 , your player would be using the v3.5.35 or v3.5.37 firmwares. You will need to try every single firmware for your screen size. The firmwares are available in the downloads section.

i've used all the firmware available in the download section....... it always say "unknown flash type, flash no responding....."

i dun know why.....
