Mp4 is reconized as UNKNOWN DEVICE instead of ADFU or USB
 

Hi All,

I have a dead mp4 player as yall know.
Ive followed the DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE but when i followed those steps i get an other message UNKNOWN DEVICE in the device manger. I am really stuck now please help me:).

I have a 1GB Mp4 player 1,5inch firmware 3.5.35

just follow the dead player recovery guide. there is step when ur window show ur mp4 as unknown device. u right click on it go to properties and update driver, and show all devices go next and then click on have disk and go to mycompeter/C and then windows, and open afduUpdate.info, here is the link which will show u these steps with pictures,
