my MP3 dead after installing firmware

mp3 player gigamax 256m

when I put my mp3 in usb my computer restart

please help my

soliman , if that's the case, then you will need to perform a dead player recovery. However, since your player is the USB thumbdrive style, i'll suggest you follow the recovery guide in S1mp3.org here http://www.s1mp3.org/en/docs_deadrec.php
They deal with players similar to yours.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
