soliman , if that's the case, then you will need to perform a dead player recovery. However, since your player is the USB thumbdrive style, i'll suggest you follow the recovery guide in S1mp3.org here http://www.s1mp3.org/en/docs_deadrec.php
They deal with players similar to yours.
