Can't upload firmware to mp4 player "Error with Upgrade

hi,

I have followed the Dead Player Guide and at allmost the final step is where you need to upload a full firmware to the player so i tried that with :
MP3 Player Upgrade Tool
But i get an sort of error when i want to upload the firmware to the mp4 player look:

as you see it says that the player is connecting but the player is connected in ADFU mode so i need help with this :?

i tried many firmware's with the same error

no idea.... DO you upload the FULL fw first every time ? And Ve carefull tith the usb port on you mp4... it is small and it can break easily with connecting the cable very often,,,,

Aha ok but the computer can see that the mp4 player is connected as ADFU so i dont think that the usb-port broken or something

No it is not broken... but TAKE CARE TO NOT BRAKE IT !!! Cause i did u know

Have you tried other version of Mp4 uttility ? I don t know if it helps but it is quite possible...
