Re: Rockchip player dead
Hi,
I had a similar problem with my player. (also rockchip based). The player would not turn on by the on button. the only way to turn on the player was 1) PLug Player to USB connection (on PC) 2) turn the player to the on position. 3) disconnect the player usb connection. (while the player was on data transfer mode with out following the normal Safe disconnect) I returned the player. and I'm waiting replacement |
Re: Rockchip player dead
I had one and it looked like it was dead - it turned out that the wall charger would not work for me. It seemed like it would charge but then the screen would go all funny.
I figured it was overheating it since I left it on all night but that wasn't it. It wasn't getting hot at all and it wasn't getting enough power. I found that a computer's usb port worked well and now my player is fine. |
