Frozen Mp4 Player

i have an mp4 player and it went blank when i tried to upload the music and now it just loads 75% of the way and freezes...we can't restart there is no brand and no one to call so what can i do????

Write here the nubmber u find inside your player... we will see what is going on... I am afraid you player is only several MB.... We will see... Write sum codes written on boards inside your player.. !
