theone_60626 , does the player function properly whilst connected via USB to the computer?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

theone_60626 , it might be some hardware or firmware problem.
Try an extraction, repair, and re-flash first.
Extraction & repair guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-ex...tool-vt66.html
Re-flash guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-up...ayer-vt46.html
See if this solves your problem.

theone_60626 , try formatting your player also. The guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

If after formatting, the problem still occurs, likely it is a hardware/firmware related problem. Which i would suggest contacting your seller for an exchange or refund.
