Default Help me Please , I want to recover my dead mp4 player

i trying to recover my mp4 player, and i downloade the firmware and i have a blue screen after download the firmware,but i still can't see my palyer explorer.

What can i do?

please, help me ......

M_3oda , in this case, you still have not flashed in a compatible firmware. You'll need to try another firmware again. Which firmware version are you flashing in?

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29

M_3oda.. Did you have problems BEFORE you downloaded the firmware and uploaded it to your player or AFTER?
