Default Blue Screen

Hello
I bought a 1gb mp4 player. Recently i turned it on, and the scrren is blue. I havent done anything to it, or tried to update the firmware. The screen just randomly turned blue. I tried pressing buttons to see if music would play, but nothing. Any help would be much appreciated

rae124 , can you still remember your firmware version number? If it is v3.5.35, v3.5.37 or v9.0.43, you can try an extraction, repair and re-flash.

If the version number is higher, or the above method does not work, then i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange or refund.

As it seems to be either a firmware or hardware problem which might not be easily fixed.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
