MP4 nano look, only say's loading and does further no more
 

I have bought mp4 a player nano look of 4gb.
in the beginning it works fine.
but then my girlfriend put new mp3's on the mp4 player, and took it of the pc.
and now he indicates only still loading.

if i couple the mp4 player on the pc, he says new usb device found, but he can't find the good driver for it so i can't put new firmware on it.

Can someone please help me.

After formatting, be prepared for a loss in memory size. And see if the player now functions properly.
