My MP4 dead?

I am new in the MP4 subject I was to bring up to date mine with a program that I lowered here of sigmatel but it excluded firmware and I do not place new firmware that fasso tenhu that to reviver or that

panico , if your player no longer functions properly due to firmware updates, you would have bricked it.

As your player is running a Sigmatel chipset, it is very difficult to recover it as there are very limited tools and firmwares on the internet.

i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange.
