plzz help!!!

Hello!!
i need some help and i know that i can get it here!!
so i have mp4 player with 2 gb ... i think that it is ipod clone but i am not sure
here is some codes what is on my mp4 : ATJ209IH, samsung 643 and K9LAG08UOM!!
i have problem with my mp4 display....when i turn on it or connect with my computer the display is white! computer found player... everything is ok but display is white!!
i try to listen in phones and i heard radio!! so i think that mp4 not dead but someone can tell me how to get back normal display?!

plzz help!!

zirgz , if the player was not connected to the computer, does the display still show the white screen?

Also, did you update your player with any firmware?

yes its always white!!
actually my mp3 was dead and on display was sandglass but then nothing don't work and i use dead player recovery guide in this page and after i do this

"Using the tweezers or other metal item gently make a connection between the pins on one side of the chip. I have found this can be quite random you may also have to do it a few times."

now i always have white screen....
and i upload some firmware and now on my mp3 is 9.0.48 firmware!!

do you know how to get back normal screen?!?!

zirgz,
if you did not have a backup of your firmware, you have to try to upload different dumped bin files on this site to your player. There is a little chance for success. Each time you upload an imcompatible bin file, you need tweezers for shortcircuit. Good luck.

I do not know, it depends on your chip model. you have to search for working dumped bin files for similar chipset from other users on this site.

yea that is chipset code...u may need to find firmware that suit ur player...by trial and error method

and you think that if i will find real firmware my mp4 display will be normal??
or my mp4 display is dead?!

zirgz , since your chipset is the ATJ2091, then your firmware would be the v9.0.xx series. Try all the v9.0.xx and hopefully one of them works for you.
