Dead MP4 and Mac OSX
 

Hi there,

I got an MP4 player similar to this one

The problem I got was that I could no navegate through my songs using its menu, it always got back to the first song. The only way to get to the song I was interested in was to browse to every song with the next/back buttons till I got to the song. I tried to update the firmware but then I got a dead MP4. Now, I would like to reinstall the original Firmware but I am on a mac and I am unable to find the software that could comunicate with the player. If I connect the player to the mac, it is mounted and I can see the files that I loaded on the player and can play it, but when I turn on the player the screen is lighted but nothing appears on it.

Any ideas? (specially for a software that could install/update the firmware on a Mac)
