My mp4 black screen, and Windows say "unknown periphera

First, sorry for my english ^^°

I have a mp4 1gb style ipod-clone, and yesterday when i want transfer mp3 form my pc, my mp4 disconnect all alone. After that, my mp4 shutdown after only 30 sec.

I check driver forum, and i try to update the firmware, but after that i only have a blue screen on my mp4. I try to back on my old firmware on my setup disk, and now my mp4 don't work, just black screen, and windows say "unknown peripheral".

I try to follow the dead guide, but nothin :( .

Mimi , the Dead Player Recovery guide is a trial & error method. It is still unsure which pins needs to be shorted out, so you need alot of patience and keep shorting until the player restarts.
