flash is no responding!!

someone know how to get back that flash is repsonding???
i want to upload firmware on my mp4 player and program shows me that windows : "flash is no responding"!!

plzz help!!

try reconnect mp4..and do it again again

Hi!

My player died after I had deleted and sent some files and now it is in adfu mode. The firmware upgrade tool comes up with the same error message. Flash is no responding. No matter how many times I do reconnect it.

I think this crap will end up in the bin like two others!!! and I can only seriously advice to everybody not to buy a second one like I did. Sooner or later it will die too.

Remeber you get only what you paid for!

zirgz & scarabeus79 , try using another version of MP3 Utilities. There are many versions available in the downloads section.
If it still does not work, try the Product Tools instead.
