Can't recover uxcell neon
 

Ok bout a year ago I bought a 1 gig Neon from Uxcell on ebay worked perfect for 5 months then hooked to computer and nothing this was not 5 minutes after using it. So I found this site and started reading and could not get win XP to recognize the driver so I gave up and sent e-mail to Uxcell they told me not to try fixing with the firmware cause I did have the dump I made.
I gave up.
So yesturday was on the computer and ran player utilities and hook up my other mp3 player forgot that download ment upload to mp3 player and wasted that one so I came back here started reading some more and got both back with dead recovery guide. Took about 8 hrs ,had to build a win 98 machine to install drivers.
So today converted some movie files and wanted to put them on the neon it been working all day put some podcasts and a movie tried to hook up to put a another movie on it and got a blue screen and the computer only recognized it as a usb device.I tried the dead recovery again and says it flashed fine but still does not recognize as a removable drive.
Was using player utilities 4.19 then tried 4.05 still the same thing.
Anyone have any ideas

Firmware is 3.5.35

Ok Found out its not dead there is a problem other than firmware cause if I play with the on and off switch it eventually turns on but when its connected to the computer it some times cuts out then I have to keep turning it on and off till it reboots.

Not sure if its in the on and off switch or the usb port.
