Default MP4 Player dead? Please help


Hello,

my MP4 Player is dead. To file transfer went pressed I play and it went out. Cannot be switched on. At the PC it is not no more indicated.

Please helps me.

Jesse , do you still remember your previous working firmware version number? If no, you'll need to open your player and check for the processor's number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, ATJ2097, etc).

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
