My Mp3 Player Today is dead

hi 2 all guy's
orginal fw version is xx.xxx.xx.31 and i upgrade it with xx.xxx.37 now the keys is work but work wrong
and i can not upgrade it with older version
what can i do?????????????
please help me

hn , do you recall the actual firmware version number?
Is it v3.5.37 or 00.000.000.37?

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
