ATJ2091N Dead player help

The second day after buying it was dead

The MP3 player upgrade tool shows device description as
S1 Player
Wilson CO Ltd
Ver 9.0.48

I tried all downloads 4 9.0.x
one intresting thing that 4 all 9.0.x it doesn't accept the firmware file

while it did accept 3.5.35 showed sucess in the log but didn't worked

dhairyadand , as your chipset is ATJ2091, your firmware needs to be the v9.0.xx series. The "success" in the upgrade log only tells you that the firmware has been written into the player. It does not tell you if the firmware is compatible or not.

i'll suggest that you try other versions of MP3 Utilities that can be downloaded from the downloads section. Also try Product Tools.
