dhairyadand , as your chipset is ATJ2091, your firmware needs to be the v9.0.xx series. The "success" in the upgrade log only tells you that the firmware has been written into the player. It does not tell you if the firmware is compatible or not.
i'll suggest that you try other versions of MP3 Utilities that can be downloaded from the downloads section. Also try Product Tools.
