Hi i have a similar player if your player is dead u can flash this with http://rapidshare.com/files/24100443/Ver0.0.6.rfw
finding a firmware with exact button config is difficult but this will work.
only problem will be that your esc button will work as ok and vol up will become down etc.
i have also found a software that can change the boot screen and menu etc. the only thing left is a software for extracting firmware.
Also rockchip players are very stable u can easily update them. i have flashed it 10 -11times with wrong firmwares they either remain in upgrade mode so u can flash it with another firmware and once theplayer was showing the front menu but there were no sub menu so i was not able to put it in upgrade mode so i shorted the memory pins as u do with atj2085 player it went in recovery mode and i flashed it again. So i feel u can flash it ,it wont die easily
the software for changing boot screen is here

harshit - have you ever encountered the problem with the upgrade program that says 'too many bad blocks'? I upgraded the firmware about a week ago and it wasn't working right so I tried to reverse the upgrade but now it refuses to upgrade again, saying the error that I stated above. It's pretty frustrating.
