You don't need to install anything with the sunglasses unless you have windows 98 then you'll just need to install the driver. When you plug the sunglasses up to your computer click on your windows start button and choose mycomputer and find your sunglassess :/drive double click on it to open it up and drag and drop or copy and paste your music in mp3 format there. That's it your now styling and jammin'!.

GoldenZero , if the memory chip is not formatted, it would just appear as a 0-byte Raw data. Since you don't see it appearing in your computer, likely your player/sunglass has some firmware problems.

i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

GoldenZero , although i've seen these sunglass players appearing on ebay recently, but i'm not sure what chipset or firmware version they running off. They might not even be Actions chipsets, which would mean most tools on this site could not be used on yours.

Another alternative would be to format using HP Format Tool here http://www.mympxplayer.org/hp-format-tool-df466.html

If it still does not work, you'll need to open the sunglasses, not sure where to open, but the processor chip should be located somewhere within it. Then you'll need to perform the Dead Player Recovery here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

Good Luck.

GoldenZero , i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange or refund. As you might not be able to locate a suitable firmware for your sunglass player.
