How Firmeware Version for my Player??

hello, after which I update a wrong firmeware on that has played, only that starts on the display brightly. the connection to the pc I have. some picture prepared itself<A> from the player. who knows this player and the correct firmeware or dump file. keep on helping me please. many thanks to and greets
