NEED HELP PLS

I've this player CHIPSET Samsung : MP4 Player

it is dead. I see on it only the blue display with cursor.
I don't know firmware and my pc load perfectly the drivers when connect it, but don't display it on explorer.
Help me please.

mephjl , you'll need to open the player and identify the processor's serial number first (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, etc).
