Le-Mon Mp4 player no response

Somebody help me my Le-mon 415 mp4 player doesn't response to switching on and off...... my pcs are not able to detect it either. It happened so suddenly.....

Even if it's low on power, it would say a low power screen but I get nothing.

It's detectable by PC but it says the USB device installing thingy which is not suppose to happen.

Why? and can anyone help?

ttyo888 , it is likely a hardware problem as the USB device installation issue should not happen everytime you connect the player to the computer.
If it is under warranty, i'll suggest an exchange with your seller.
