all the dump file i had downloaded is .7s how could i upload it to my mp4... i had try all the firmware on the downloads section.. some of them are succesguly uploaded to my mp4... but still it appers to be a blue screen. pls nid some advice thnks in advance!

humaygush3026 , for your player, it would be using either v3.5.35 or v3.5.37 firmwares. i'll suggest that you try all the firmwares for your screen size in the downloads section here

As for the .7z extensions, they are actually compressed archives. So you'll need 7-zip software to uncompress them before you can use the dump file inside. Download here http://www.mympxplayer.org/7-zip-ver-431-df12.html

i had tried all the firmware but it appers to be in blue screen...
i dont have dump files... i had no idea about it... i need your help badly

i found out that the samsung 662 mp4 has the same specs on my sony mp4... pls help me guyz... thnks

erm , Its not a sony MP4 , its a cheap actionchipset player . Youll just have to keep searching for the right firmware - 3.5.35 or 3.5.37
