how to use waterlily software!!!..... plz.. help....

i dont know how to use this waterlily software... can anyone help me about this... coz the help file of this software is in chinese version..

where did you get this dude? been looking for this "waterlily themed" firmware. pls post links coz i badly needed it... :(
