Needed firmware sony s-831

[FIRO...AZM!!!]

Hi...

I have MP4 player with 1 GB & Mini SD card + FM
But its not function properly and the radio is not working at all
and I need to add Language (Arabic) or at least let the radio work.
I couldn't find any thing related to My MP4 (I think chinies). I need to format and install a new good software (firmware or whatever).

Can anyone help me?

I have a sony laptop and their service is awesome.

Email the audio support team by filling out a form at this link. The web page will say its help just for the United States and Canada but tell them the international support web site is not working.
