please help to indentify this players firmware and chip
 

hi is there a way to open this mp4 player because its fully metal, foto here because i want to see the chip and then the firmware, if anyone have the same and could help me please send.

odmpats , for these Gen2 players, you'll need to pry open the white plastic cover on the top (where the On/Off switch is). Removing it, you'll see the screw that secures the player.

Once the screw is removed, you should be able to either lift the casing or slide it open. Do take note of the buttons, as some players need them to be rotated and depressed to allow the casing to slide open properly.
