luluak47 , if your player is still able to be detected by MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool, then you'll need to try all the v9.0.xx series firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html

If it does not detect your player, then you will need to perform the Dead Player Recovery here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

luluak47 , if all the firmwares in the downloads section do not work, then there is nothing you can do at the moment.

As the firmware extraction tool S1fwx only supports upto v9.0.43 at the moment, other users with working v9.0.48 or v9.0.50 could not extract their firmware to upload to the forum.

i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.
