need help to recover this player

I have a Mp4 player with Board serial MP-693W(3.0).
It is in recovery mode and I need the firmware to try
and bring it back to life.
Please help.

Thanks for the reply lattesurf,

I found a 9.0.48 full firmware that boots to a blue screen. How do I get it to Play files.
