I tried "Dead players guid" it didn't help me.

MY PROBLEM:
I TRIED TO UPGRADE NEW FIRMAWARES AND EVRYTHINK WERE OK THAN I TRIED TO UPGRADE FROM ANATHER SITE NAME FIRMWARE "X-View1Gb" MY MP3 DEAD. I TURN IT ON AND MY MP3 DISPLAY IS BLUE. THEN I'M TRAING UPGRADE MY MP3 ERROR MESAGE "Device switching failed, reconnect device please!" THAN I'M TAINING DISK TOOLS (Formating) ERROR MESAGE: "The disk write protected! Please remove the protection an run again!" I don't know how remove the protection, please help. :cry:
