Dead 1.8 Cool Design Mp4 player.
 

I have been messing around with firmware.
The original firmware was 9.0.50.
Now, I updated it with another 9.0.50 firmware and it doesnt work anymore.
Well, it does, but buttons are messed up, I can't play music or movies (because of the buttons - no preconfigured play button) and when I connect it to the PC it shows and endlessy hourglass and my computer doesnt detect it. Help me! What to do?

im not very good with the process - btu i think you can flash the pins to go into DFU tools and find the right firmware

Okay, I got it in recovery mode so I can put on new firmware. I need to find the firmware for this mp4:
Cool Design MP4

I need a version 9.0.50 and don't tell me to look around at the download page of 9.x.xx files, I already did.

If someone with the same mp4 has his/her firmware, I would appreciate it.

If I ever get access to my player through a PC again I will certainly send you a copy of 9.0.50 :wink:

Do you have the same mp3?

sunburstX , at the moment, it is not possible for anyone to extract a working v9.0.50 from their player as there is no such tool to do so yet.

The firmware extractor S1fwx v3.2 only supports upto v9.0.43 currently. So you can only rely on those in the downloads page (which you have tried), or some others who received their players with a firmware file in its CD.
