NexXTech 1410136 Firmware/Driver

Well I bought a new MP3 player but the CD explored in my drive XD so was woundering if anyone can find the firmware and driver for it iv looked all over google its

I tried looking for the same driver/firmware.

My daughter had the same unit. Warrany expired. I contacted the manufacturer and they advised that there is a Canada wide recall on the unit! They instructed me to bring it back to the store and exchange it for a comparable unit.
