after Update the Firmware and format it
my player become only flash disk , blue screen.

before i have done firmware upgrade i have found some hidden files on my player but when i do firmware ther are no this files on player.I have saved them can they be used somehow.How can I input picture here.

If nothing can't be done can I give back player to the store becouse I have just bought it >Can they see that I have done firmware upgrade.

gandor , most users with Sigmatel players end up either sending the players back to the seller or just throwing it away. These players are extremely hard to recover due to the lack of tools, and usually need to be factory-reseted.

i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange or refund.

I have found the solution it apears that the driver on my disc was bad ,but my fried has bought same player with newer firmware which works with my player that has 3500 sigmatel chipset.How can I upload driver to help some other guys that have same problem?
