When i turn it on, it changes to "bye bye"

i have bought an mp4 two days ago of Kingwon shenzhen innov a/v co ltd
But after an charge, sth becomes wrong
When i turn it on, it changes to "bye bye"
can anyone help me about this problem
Can someone send me the firmware of this player?

How are you charging it?
Through your computer or wall charger?
It sounds like your player is either not charging properly because of a faulty cable or a faulty internal battery.

Can you find another cable and use that to charge your player instead?

I think it is hardware problem
