stuck trying to recover mp4 player
 

hi, i am trying to recover my dead player, i managed to get the computer to find it by the tweezer and chip thing. now i am trying to upload the recovery and the counter is stuck (on 5 bars) what can i do? is there anywhere you can send mp4playrs to have them repaired? i contacted the seller an ebay 5 times to tell them its broke and no reply! btw it is a 2" 4g tft player. looks same as this http://www.mympxplayer.org/image-asp158.html please email me with any information that could help! many thanks. hannah babyh30@hotmail.com

babyh30 , try using another USB cable and also if possible, try the upload of firmware on another computer.
