My MP4 not load and is not recognized
Hi, I have the following problem.
1. When turn on the MP4, no funcionally, never display in the screen and never sound in the headphone.
2. When put it in the AC charger, no funcionally, addicionally the charger turn on only the green led, before turn on the led green an red and when the MP4 was charged turn on only the red led. Now not charged and turn on only the green led.
3.When conect to the PC, the PC no recongnized the MP4, and If I turn on the MP4 with it conected to the pc it is warmed up in the back part of my MP4.
Help please, that I can do, or already my MP4 dead for always?
