blue screen trouble
 

I just got my Mp4 player a few hours ago. I was working fine before, but now the screen has turned blue/black, i have not even connected it to my PC yet. everything functions properly except the screen. i there anyway i can correct this problem. It is a v.9.0.48 mp4 player. thnx

technoboy , it's a tricky issue regarding v9.0.48 players. The best alternative would be to contact your seller for an exchange as this firmware version could not be extracted as yet.
