Dead minmi mp3 player
 

I accidentally format my mp3 player.
the computer recognise it as ADFU device..

And it ask for file systeminformation.inf

can anyone help me???

hystryxen , is your computer trying to install the ADFU or has it already been installed?

it`s trying to install the ADFU..

but i`ve trid to install it in other computer and it worked.
However, I can`t use it because it did not appear in My Computer folder

It sounds like the players firmware went corrupt at some stage

At the moment it is only recognised as a ADFU device so it won't show up in My Computer until you have installed the correct firmware.
Is it just an mp3 player? If it is you should have a firmware file on the mini cd that came with it. It should be in either *.bin or *.fw format.

Use the mp3 Firmware upgrade tool to send that to your player. Let us know how it goes.

yup..it`s just a mp3 player.

there`s no such files in the mini cd..

it`s Minmi 660 mp3 player..

i`ve surf the company website but there is nothing that can help me..
