lorena_escamilla , your player would be using the v3.5.35 or v3.5.37 firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3535-dc15.html and here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3537-dc16.html

There are many firmwares you can try, and it is a matter of luck until you get the right working one.

I download all 3.5.35 and 3.5.37 firmware and loaded and i have blue screen, the mp4 is working like memory but the screen is blue, some idea that i can do?

lorena_escamilla , if you had tried all the v3.5.35 and v3.5.37 (quite a large list of dumps) and your player still does not work, there is nothing much you can do.

Newer players now come as v9.0.xx series so you would probably have problems locating newer v3.5.xx series dump files.
